If you are in search of a cool artists loft, this place is perfect. In my travels through Queens, I came across this amazing looking building covered inside and out with some great works of graffiti art.
Here is the info on renting space in this loft from what I got on the phone with the broker:
Space ranges from 350 a month to 800 a month. 350 gets you somewhere around 275 sq feet. There is a month broker fee and no security deposit (since artists never have money to begin with, I guess thats a good thing). And there is no lease. Its month to month.
Location: 46-23 Crane St., in Queens. It is right outside of Manhattan.
